For business professionals
Put AI to work where a business result can be checked
For managers and operators choosing a workflow, making the case for a pilot, assigning review, and deciding whether to expand. Start with the work and its owner, not a list of models.
Start here
Your first move
Pick one recurring queue—customer replies, invoice exceptions, sales handoffs, or internal research. Record its current volume, elapsed time, error rate, and owner before changing the process.
A route through the material
Three decisions before the tool list
Choose a narrow job
Name the input, the person who accepts the output, and the consequence of a wrong answer. A pilot without an owner is only a demo.
Set the comparison
Keep a small sample of current work as your baseline. Count accepted work and corrections, not just drafts or minutes that a vendor says you saved.
Make a scale-or-stop call
Price licenses, review time, integration work, and support. Released staff time is useful capacity; it becomes cash savings only when a budget actually changes.
